The attractive limestone and cedar house sits in an elevated position on the 110-acre property. This home boasts magnificent views across the vineyard to large stands of soaring Karri trees.
The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area flows onto the outside decks which are ideal for family and group entertaining in the warmer months. In the winter time, snuggle up indoors enjoying the warmth of the slow combustion wood fire.
The stunning South-West coast with it's myriad of beautiful beaches is just 10-15 minutes away, as is the township of Margaret River.
Other local attractions include the Leeuwin Estate and Voyager Estate, Lake Cave, Boranup Forest and Hamelin Bay. Just 20 minutes' drive further south, guests will also discover the beauty of Augusta on the Blackwood River, Flinders Bay and the Southern Ocean.
