Adding to the home’s personality are French windows and doors – a must for blissful Cape Cod, cottage or farmhouse-style properties – for that special warm and intimate atmosphere.

Boasting five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is a haven for families or multiple holidaying couples. Three of these bedrooms, including the master, open up onto the lower patio for a secluded spot to enjoy the outdoors in peace. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the upper level along with the huge white-timbered alfresco deck, main living, kitchen, and dining areas. Perfectly designed for those nights tiptoeing to the kitchen for a sneaky midnight snack or hot chocolate for the evening movie.

Yallingup is an idyllic town with everything at its fingertips, from surfing to breweries, caves to epic walking trails. But once the sun finds its home elsewhere and evening falls, it becomes a quiet and quaint hamlet, humming in time to the drum of the ocean.
