This is a wonderful family friendly area, the shops and playgrounds are a gentle stroll along the beach-front path. And for those who enjoy boating – there is even room to park your boat at the front of the house.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is ample room for two families to share, and children are well catered for with a separate activity/TV room upstairs. Also on this top level is a queen bedroom, plus two bedrooms with a mix of bunks and single beds, plus the main bathroom.

The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the lower level and opens to the private rear garden and peppermint trees.

With an iPod dock and speakers plus an LCD TV in the living area – plus reverse cycle air conditioning in the master bedroom, living and dining downstairs – the comfort levels provided in this beautiful home are sure to please.
