Bid to win a luxury stay at Flinders Bay House
The Ronald McDonald House Mercedes-Benz Ball always has incredible items for auction. This year is no exception, with a week-long stay at the lavish Augusta property Flinders Bay House on offer. The luxurious week will be topped off with a private six-course degustation dinner with renowned chef Tim Whitty.
This luxuriously appointed Hamptons-style home was featured in the Australian House & Garden magazine’s April 2017 edition. And for good reason. Capitalising on its views with large windows looking out to the Bay, this beachside property is set over three levels and can sleep up to ten people with five bedrooms (all with ensuites) and seven bathrooms.
WA’s South-West is renowned for world-class wineries, beaches, food and wildlife. Augusta is in the heart of the region and close to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, the spectacular Jewel Cave, soaring trees in Boranup Forest and whale watching. It’s the ideal place for a week-long stay. Flinders Bay House has been generously donated by the owners of Cottesloe luxury goods store Jordan Baker.
You can enter the live auction here. Bidding is open until 9 p.m. on 11 November 2017. To cover off the T&Cs, the offer is valid between February and June 2018 for seven days or less. Booking dates are subject to availability with a maximum of ten guests. Private dining is subject to availability.
The RMHC Mercedes-Benz Ball is a fixture on the social and charity calendar and this year will feature entertainment by Jessica Mauboy, Thirsty Merc, and Drum Machine DJ Percussia. For ticket enquiries, call (08) 9346 9000 or email Natalie@rmhwa.com.au. The 2016 event raised more than $600,000 and they’re hoping to do the same (or more!) this year. Ronald McDonald House has been an amazing support for WA’s regional families, providing comfortable homes to stay in while their sick child is in Perth for much-needed medical treatment.
